The convenience of being transported to the airport

It is very easy to make a reservation on line. There is always a shuttle available to get us from the Parking Spot to our airline terminal and return us to our car when our flight arrives back home. The shuttle drivers are always courteous and helpful.

I appreciate the app that gives me an idea of when the next shuttle will arrive, and also that notifies valet to retrieve my vehicle. It seems that the app notifies valet when I am at a pick up location, but I think I would like a little more feedback that valet is working on getting car.

However. We had to wait outside on the cold for 12 minutes for the can to pick us up from our car in the parking lot- trip Tim from arriving at parking spot to arriving at airport - 28 minutes- scary long.

I was running late for my flight. Finding parking in your facility was quick and getting the shuttle to the airport was fast. The drivers are very knowledgeable about the airline’s location and where to go. They are also very courteous and helpful.

I like that I don't have to walk forever to get to the airport from the parking lot and the bus comes fairly quick.

It took quite a while for a shuttle to arrive for pickup at the airport. At least 15 mins. Otherwise everything else was excellent

simple in and out.....Drivers both ways were tremendous in helping with luggage the main thing. only issue I see are vans seem to be falling apart due to extreme wear.
