I love the parking spot. Recently due to the storm that hit Phoenix our flight was not allowed to land and our flight was pushed back to 9pm (Ohio Time) and we have to stay there causing us to miss our pickup time multiple time (causing the price to increase) as it was out of our control.
Thank you for keeping our vehicle safe while we tried to get back home which occurred a full day later.
