At approximately 0022 on 02.02.24 I arrived at Parking Spot #1 to discover that my car would not start. It made me quite angry since the car is brand new having been purchased in December. After trying to troubleshoot and start the car I went to TAMARA who was working in the booth. I had already seen the battery starter machine in your office. She IMMEDIATELY went to load up the machine and bring it to my vehicle with no hesitation. She brought the machine to my vehicle and within one minute my vehicle was started! TAMARA is a CREDIT to your company and I want to thank her for immediate attention to the issue. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK TAMARA! I figured out later that I had left one of the interior dome lights on for 17 days! THANK YOU TAMARA!
