Reliable. Love your service. My only issue is my bag is very heavy and there are a lot of women drivers. It’s hard getting it up the steps and in the rack if it’s full. But there’s nothing you can do about that. I need to pack less. 😀

Covered parking

This is a very convenient location to park. We've used this service many times and find it to be a practical alternative to ride sharing. The drivers are very accommodating. Pick up at LAX is usually very smooth as well.

I love the ease of prepaying to park. I never have to wait long for the shuttle and it’s a quick ride to the airport. Every driver I’ve ever had has been kind and helpful.

The shuttle services/drivers help whether you're heading out or coming back. Always clean and pleasant smelling.

With rare exception, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. The shuttles run often, and I very much appreciate being dropped at my car (often waiting to see that it starts), especially when returning late at night. Safety is important.

Convenient and reasonably priced.

I love that I have the option to park in a covered area. It cost a bit more but to me it’s worth it to ensure my car isn’t subject to harsh weather such as hail or snowstorms.
