It is easy to get in and out with easy assess to make reservations

easy check in & out since we had made our reservation in advance, only had to scan QR code, shuttle picked us up at our vehicle (and gave us a card with where we were parked) & dropped us off at our vehicle

So quick, so easy. Love the "see where the vans are" on the map. That is so very helpful. Getting check in staff that really WANT to be there would be the only improvement. Efficiency and friendliness are not equatable. They have Efficiency.

I am a member and like the convenience of knowing where you are located, never wait long for a shuttle and drivers and staff are always friendly and helpful. Price is ok, but after so many stays you get a free day.

Covered and secure parking with lot attendants and quick trolley service to and from airport.

The Spot in Charlotte is really close to the airport terminals and they always have someone available to shuttle. Also, the car wash option is pretty nice to have and they have done a great job each time we've opted for that.

Quick ride to the airport - seems like the shuttle is always ready to pick us up at our car and take us to the airport. Distance to airport is great. Helpful and kind employees.

Parking lot is clean, spots are a little tight though. Shuttle service is timely and clean

Easy to find and enter the lot. Always have parking spots available. Shuttle driver comes in timely manner to go to airport. Only comment is vans with better springs would make for smoother ride.
