I like the new west parking lot for convenience. I do notice that my car was rather dirty from dirt and dust, but I know a large wind storm occurred while gone. Likewise there was considerable bird dropping on the vehicle. Is there a bird problem at the new west parking lot?

As a senior female this service makes me feel very safe rather than walking through a dark parking lot alone. I also feel my car is more secure in your lot.

I was able to change my reservations to another airport in the same city the night before the reservation was set for. I received a refund of the original payment and the new charge hit my credit card at the proper time. The parking lot was very close to the airport. The driver was very courteous. My only complaint is that the bus was very bouncy during the rides but that might have been the fault of the road.

I like the way they pick you up at your vehicle when you park and then takes you to your car when you return. I like that I can pay ahead of time or when I am driving out of the facility. I have been with The Spot since 2005 and have never had anything but outstanding service.

I like the convenience of the location, and we had the same driver coming and returning, which he was a blessing, very attentive and on time. However, the parking attendants at the main gates needs to have some training or understand about good customer service. Please fix the equipment for checking out and get some more dependable drivers like you previously had. I use to always use the one on Monroe and was very sad when it was closed/sold. Now its become apparent that the company is staying afloat. People would rather pay a higher price for service, but sometimes you are force to use inadequate services. I hope this does not go unnoticed like IAH, I will not use the parking spot at that airport; its too crazy and hard. Thanks.
