The reservation was easy to make on line. I like the Choice of covered or uncovered parking. It can really be a savior in the hot houston sun and especially good if a sudden hai storm occurs.

I love the customer service from all your employees - the person greeting me at the entrance gate, shuttle bus drivers, cashier’s office.
I have 2 suggestions -
the suspension in the shuttle buses is very rough, we feel every bump in the parking lot and on the road. Could you do maintenance to improve the ride?
When I returned from my last trip, the shuttle bus drove by my car after entering the lot (without stopping) and drove into covered parking to let those customers out first. I do understand that your process is to unload covered first then uncovered. And, It felt unnecessary to make me stay on the bus for an extra 10 mins when I could have been dropped at my car when we entered. Perhaps drivers can scan the tickets of returning customers and drop off customers who are parked on the way to covered parking.
