What do you like about our services?

Reliable shuttles, never waiting more than 10 minutes but usually around 5.
We have always had a driver who, at the very least, was willing to grab our baggage. This last time, we had the same woman driving us both ways. She sat in her seat for each passenger stop as well as upon exiting. Not a big thing, but nobody offered her a tip.
