This was my first time using the Parking Spot. The price I paid was less than paying Uber or Lyft round trip. It was a very easy process. Both drivers were very nice, helpful and professional!!
I plan to use the Parking Spot again.

Overall very happy with the customer service and the ease of use/booking at this place. The sign outside the lot can be improved.
The female agent at the entrance when we came in (on June 30th am) was a little rude, but otherwise the shuttle drivers were extreamly nice and helpful both while departing and on arrival. They handled the luggage themselves completely. Will def. rec to my friends
