The parking lot is easy to access from the highway. This lot provides more frequent pickups by the van both in the parking to to airport and th airport to parking lot than what I have experienced at the other two Parking Spots at IAH. The staff at this lot has always been friendly and willing to assist with the scan machine if I have technical difficulty( user error usually).

Ease of access to airport
I need a shuttle that is always on time,helping me with my luggage,professional and very kind! Easy to make reservations, always someone at the entrance & exit waiting to assist if needed with a smile! There is a cold bottle of water waiting your exit . I Praise All the employees for really good works!.
