Door to door service
I had a great experience using The Parking Spot in Baltimore. The reservation process was incredibly easy, and finding our parking spot when we arrived was quick and stress-free.
What really stood out was the attentiveness of the staff. As soon as we parked, a shuttle arrived almost immediately to pick us up right at our car and safely take us and our luggage to the terminal.
When we returned from our trip, the service was just as impressive. It was raining, and our driver kindly asked us to pop the trunk so he could load our luggage for us. That small gesture was a really pleasant surprise and made the whole experience even better.
Overall, everything was smooth, convenient, and handled with great customer service. I would absolutely use The Parking Spot in Baltimore again.
Easy in, shuttle ready and waiting, easy out
The pick up had improved significantly. I used to like how park and fly did their pick ups and when they merged with parking spot, it was a bit of a mess for a while. I was very happy with how quickly the shuttle picked us up after we parked. Very friendly staff as well.

Quick pick up and drop off.
I can choose which location I want, check in with my phone app, pick a parking space, (usually covered), get picked up right by my vehicle. The driver usually offers to help with luggage. Then I get dropped off at the entrance to the terminal for the airline that I am using.
Upon return, the app shows me how far the van is from the pickup spot. Then I get picked up, delivered to my vehicle, and can check out using the app once more.
