A little disappointing though- I arrived earlier than anticipated to I technically checked out a.day earlier. Thought I would have received a one day refund but did not.
I like your service but I feel the need to tell you that I was waiting at the designated spot with two elderly people. One on oxygen. The driver pull past us and stopped in a group of much younger people. Of course today people don't have any courtesy and srambrled to get their seat.

Parking on my own has advantages: i can grab a bite to eat after the flight, and rest or pause. The Parking Spot van is easy to "spot," and west and east are clearly marked. The van is ready for the customer, 24/7, which is amazing. The courtesy of the drivers is striking: they are so very helpful and prompt. At times i am so tired--what a blessing, to have someone help lift. Thank you for all that you do, to make a busy travel day a day of kindness and comfort!
