quick and easy! great service!

Convenience, affordability, and service.

Usually it is a quick turn around to get to the airport. Getting picked up from the airport seems slower and is frustrating.

friendly, helpful staff, drivers & lot assistants

Convenient and reliable

Convenient to airport. Bus pickup is quick from lot. Buses are usually already at airport when I arrive. Online reservation works well.

Military discount. Courteous drivers. Reliability

The team was amazing. I came back after two weeks to a dead battery, and they went out of their way to help me. I would highly recommend them!

Very easy! So close to the airport! Great value! Plenty of transport vans.

Usually on time
Not along waiting time for buses

Both drivers were awesome! Professionally and friendly.. parking lot was secure and so close to the airport. Didn’t even have to wait on arrival or departure because bus ran so frequently!

We live Orlando and usually fly out of the Orlando airport and use the parking spot there. We’ve always been pleased with the service that we get there and the Miami Park and fly was no different. Thank you for continuing to provide great customer service and taking care of people.

Car wash, bottled water, quick pickup.

I am a frequent traveler and I always park at the Parking Spot my car is safe and I know that.

Very nice staff. Would use their services again.

They are very timely on their pick ups both coming and returning. Actually they saw us pull in at the lot and were waiting for us when we got out of our vehicle. We were hurrying to get our luggage out of the back of the vehicle and ended up leaving the vehicle running with the keys on the console! We didn’t realize this until we were in route to the terminal. A quick call to your office ( I believe it was Paul) had someone out to our vehicle to turn it off and bring the key fob to the office to be held until our return. Upon our return from our trip we went to the office and quickly retrieved our key from another pleasant and helpful employee. When exiting the lot the man at the gate was very helpful and pleasant as well.

I love your service! I like being able to park and get picked up as soon as the car is parked ! Being able to be taken to right Terminal ! Being able to get in out airport without delay!! I love it
