Reserving a parking spot is convenient. Enjoy the discount when I pay in person and receiving a free day based upon how many times I have used your company. In addition, I enjoy the ease and safety of being directly picked up by my car and dropped off. At night I feel much safer because I do not have to walk down the aisles searching for my car. Customer service is good...cold water bottle is nice after landing...and the driver assisting with my luggage is appreciated. I do wish our parking spot could be digitally scanned on the app because while out of town it sometimes is difficult to keep up with the business card.

I had the BEST first-time experience. My car was safe, the shuttle was waiting at the airport and took me directly to my car and the driver even helped with my luggage. Such a great experience --- I'll be parking at The Parking Spot every time I'm traveling from the Atlanta airport!

Convenient location and frequency of shuttles

It was extremely convenient. It was easy to get a ride to the airport and upon our return the shuttle picked us up within five minutes of contacting them to return to our car. We paid online so it was very easy using the code to enter and to exit would definitely recommend.

Usually easy to park, easy to leave. Convenient location for the price. This last stay created a little bit of an issue. We paid for Parking Spot 3 which was full when we arrived. We were told to go to Parking Spot 1 and there would be no extra charge due to the full lot and pre paid reservation. We parked where we were told and when we went to leave we’re told we owed an additional $404.00, whoa! We informed the attend we were not paying that, she said she couldn’t do anything about it. I told her it wasn’t our fault we parked in a different lot, that was what we were told to do. After 20 minutes of waiting at 3:15 AM she said ok and adjusted it and you owe $204, again I said I am not paying that. She wanted us to pay and call the supervisor at 8 AM to explain to the supervisor the situation, again, I’m not doing that! Finally after a long 2 phone call conversations she raised the arm and sent us on our way. Somehow, someway things should not have delayed our exiting the lot…..
