It was very easy to schedule the days of when we needed the parking at the Parking Spot Premium location north of the DFW airport. We live in Flower Mound and we can be there in 10 minutes. Very easy to scan the code for check in. The attendant told us where to park under the covered parking and a shuttle bus was there immediately to pick us up. Only had 1 other stop before our location. They advertise that they will only go to 2 terminals. Same thing coming home. Called for a shuttle and was told where to go to get on the shuttle with all of the construction going on at Terminal C. The pick up and return trip was quick as well.

I would have liked the air turned on when we arrived to get our car . It was 90 degrees inside the car . Otherwise , the service is good ad the vans and drivers are excellent

The ease of parking the pickup at the car the luggage help from the driver the quick service to and from the airport the comfortable ride and the affordability. I think the cancellation process should be revamped for unforeseen changes to travel. It’s recommended that you book ahead of time and a discount to prepay but if you travel is cancelled there is no refund and that can be costly. Outside of that everything else is perfect
