Great customer service

close covered and a good price

Premium covered parking allows first to pick up and transport to the terminal and then back to the Parking Spot at the end of the trip with first to drop off.

Usually on time. Good price.

Ease of use

Shuttle service to the international terminal

Covered parking. Convenient place with helpful and friendly staff. Both our trips to and from the airport were smooth and timely.

I like the accessibility of the spot. I especially like the staff at the location.

Good drivers

We never have to wait. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. Love the covered parking too.

Very friendly helpful staff

Prompt pick up and drop off. Very friendly drivers

The staff was very friendly and I did not have time wait a long time for pickup.

Helpful and friendly drivers

Fast and efficient.

Competent, courteous, and friendly service

I love that I'm picked up and dropped off right at my car! The shuttles run very quickly so there was virtually no waiting at the airport. Great service!

I use the app to reserve a spot. Very easy navigation - just scan the bar code when you arrive and seamless. The van is waiting for you to board. Never had a delay.

I like that even though I screwed up and lost my valet stub that I was told that because I use the App that it notified the staff anyway and would be ready. I was suspicious it would be that easy but my vehicle was ready and waiting for me when we arrived. I love the service, now love it even more.

I will try not to lose my stub again, just because causes more hassle but it is good to know you all put in an idiot proof system just in case. After a long flight late into the night LAX time it was super nice to have less delay and now to know there will be no issues. Thx much to everyone.

Speedy pickup, nice drivers

The parking spot is the best and most trustworthy parking facility i have ever used. Their service is top notch and every employee I've encountered is polite and efficient. I highly recommend the Parking Spot.

Quick, easy, and efficient booking process. Convenient location with frequent shuttle service to and from the airport. Very good "spot club" program.
Reasonable rates, especially during non-peak times of the year.

The busses are always fast! Never any waiting!

Fairly frequent shuttles, though I have been skipped a couple of times while in Premium parking. Distance from airport is good. Rates very reasonable especially with discounts.

Easy access and quick shuttle pickup. Prices are competitive and frequent discount offers.

Easy and convenient!!!

Both drivers were very helpful, friendly and so courteous!! They came right to our cars when we left Columbus, loaded our bags into the van and unloaded them at the airport terminal. When we got home, they took us right to our cars and unloaded our bags for us. Will definitely park here for all of our trips from now on.

Easy in and out. Customer service.

It was nice to park the car, and get a ride to the airport. It was very convenient for us.
They picked us up promptly when e parked, and came and got us when we landed. We
were very pleased with your service.

Geat service! Me and my girlfriend used the service, we left our bag on the shuttle, come back the next day and the staffs were very helpful and friendly. Will use it again in the future!
