It's great always knowing where your going to park before arriving for your flight. Making reservations on the app is simple to do. Shuttle takes you right to your gate and picks you up at a designated spot after you grab your luggage. They drop you off right by your car in the garage. I do wish they were just a little less pricey but it's worth it. Shuttle drivers are always super friendly, polite, and help you load and unload you suitcases too.

All went smoothly. The only issue was that the pick-up driver did not get out of his seat to assist in putting our luggage (and of others) into the designated area. He did, however, ask customers if they needed help but not until the customer had already struggle to place the big luggage in the shuttle. but still never got out of his seat. I am used to the drivers assisting without asking so this surprised me.

The service is extremely efficient and all of the employees are awesome! They are always polite and friendly, no matter what time of day or night.
