The ease of parking the pickup at the car the luggage help from the driver the quick service to and from the airport the comfortable ride and the affordability. I think the cancellation process should be revamped for unforeseen changes to travel. It’s recommended that you book ahead of time and a discount to prepay but if you travel is cancelled there is no refund and that can be costly. Outside of that everything else is perfect

Prepaying on-line was easy and efficient. Scanner worked well and I was able to find a covered parking spot quite easily. It was early morning....a shuttle arrived very quickly and I was able to make my flight quickly.
The exit was a bit confusing, as there is much construction happening and the signs were not as obvious as they could be. I had to double back, but I suspect this will improve as construction is completed. Drivers were friendly and efficient. I felt safe, perhaps that is most important, as well as a space for my car to be safe from hail and bad weather.

Very convenient parking. I’m over 70 and feel confident when I book the Parking Spot. My trip just got much easier because my car is safe, I receive car to terminal drop off and pick up. Shuttles arrive frequently for pick ups and drop offs leaving no worries when parking at the airport. The drivers always offer to move my luggage into and out of the shuttle. Customer service is awesome at Sky Harbor Parking Spot location. The Parkin Spot employees are friendly and courteous with a generous smile. Thank you for such a great experience!
