The pickup and drop off have been much better the past couple of years. There have only been a couple of times that we have had to wait more than 10 minutes for either shuttle.
I had an issue with my reservation and payment upon leaving at the end of our trip. (It said that we parked in the wrong area and had to pay a balance of $104. This was incorrect because I parked where I was instructed in the covered parking area and I explained this to the attendant.) The attendant at the exit had it resolved in about 1 minute and we were headed home.

Van drivers are friendly and helpful. Our return van driver made sure he pulled up directly behind our car and helped put our luggage in the car. He was very kind. We normally don't have to wait too long for a shuttle.
