Pickup in the parking lot and at the terminal is quick. We have never had to wait in the lot and wait at the terminal is usually short. Prices are reasonable. Drivers are efficient. The only suggestion I have is better signage at the entry. I have a tendency to miss it, especially at 3am. Thanks for providing a great alternative to parking inside the airport!
It’s convenient and close to the airport. The drivers are usually courteous and friendly. 90% of them will assist women with their luggage.

Both drivers were friendly and courteous. We waited less than 2 minutes to be picked up when we returned. The Newark location is great!
