I particularly like the service-oriented attitude of your workers. The drivers, the parking lot attendants, the check-out attendants, those answering phones -- everyone I've encountered has a good attitude. You must be doing something right with hiring, training or both. Traveling isn't easy. When leaving, one is often hurrying, and when returning, tired. There's stuff to keep track of and unexpected delays, forgotten items, and setbacks. Dealing with kind, understanding people makes a tremendous difference. People at the Parking Spot treat customers like they understand this. Whatever you're doing to make that happen -- Keep it up! :-)

Everyone, including the shuttle drives were very courteous. We appreciated the help with our luggage, Overall, a very nice experience, Everything was clean and shuttles were run efficiently. The parking structure was clearly marked for easy identification.
