I always park in the Priority "upfront" spaces and I am picked up and dropped off first. My car is always safe in your gated parking lot and the drivers are always friendly and helpful with my luggage.
Issues with waits for buses seem to be resolved - hopefully the city cooperates and gets the construction cleared up soon :)

Affordable, safe, great alternative to public transport to the airport. I have to commute from Ventura to LAX and it’s so easy to just drive myself and pay for parking. The shuttles are fast and reliable to the airport. Very good price point.

Convenience and security
We drove up, unloaded, and a shuttle came right to our car within minutes. At the airport, the shuttles were running every 10 - 15 minutes and dropped us right back at our car. The drivers are amazing.

Service is usually good ,but on Thursday June 4,we had a bus without a working AC unit so the ride from the airport to the parking spot was very warm.
No waiting on shuttle to pick you up from your car. Short wait at airport for return. Great help with luggage both ways! Thank you for making it easy!
