It was easy to sign up for a dropoff/pickup date and time online. Everyone I spoke with at the office was great, especially the person working the dropoff booth outside who patiently explained everything to me, a first-time customer. It was easy to call when I landed and give my ticket info and there was a shuttle already at the pickup spot at BNA when we got there. Both shuttle drivers were wonderful and we appreciate the help with the bags. We'll definitely be using The Parking Spot from now on when we fly out of BNA.

I like that I am picked up at my car so I don't have to struggle with my luggage. I wish there were more buses to pick up when I returned to airport as I had to wait about 50 minutes for one to come. We were there around dinner time so it was not a late flight.

The Parking Spot makes parking so easy! Make your reservation online and then simply show up. No hassles and no lines. We have tried less expensive options only to find ourself waiting FOREVER for the shuttle bus. There is nothing worse than landing at LAX after a 25 hour travel day and then having to wait for the shuttle to take you to your car. The Parking Spot shuttle runs constantly and we never wait more than 10 minutes. The drivers are courteous and helpful. Don't try to save a few bucks -- stick with Parking Spot for the win!
