Shuttles arrive quickly, most drivers are helpful and friendly. Car wash at the end is nice also!
It was easy to get in, to find a parking spot, and the wait for pick-up to the airport was short. The wait for pick-up from the airport was a little longer and we lost our ticket but she allowed us to be dropped off in the parking spot anyway.

I like the location of the Parking Spot East as it is on my right hand side of the street as I'm approaching the airport. The attendants are friendly and helpful directing you to a parking spot. The bus is almost there immediately to pick you up and whisk you off to the airport. Lately when I get out of the airport the bus will be there and there is very little waiting to get back to the Parking Spot to pick up my car and head home.
Also the Parking Spot will have sales going on to make parking there affordable.
I would recommend having a drop off only shuttle, for people who are in a hurry being dropped off. Our drop off driver could have skipped most terminals by using the bypass lane for terminal 7 but he didn't. Causing us to be ever more rushed for our flight.
Upon entering Parking Spot 2 for the very first time, I enjoyed friendly & professional customer service. At the gate, I was provided clear and concise directions as to where to go. The signage around the property was helpful and easy to understand. Our driver was also very pleasant & drove safely.
