I love how fast the service is at the airport. I appreciate how the folks help you with your bags. Literally the only thing I wish is that a couple of years ago, they let you pick up a bottle of water at the exit. I loved that. I wish you would do that now.

I wish I would have caught the name of the driver who took me from airport back to my car at PS JFK (Saturday Nov 29). She was amazing!!! Friendly, Efficient and Professional. She went above and beyond, by not only unloading my luggage and electric wheelchair from the bus…. She also loaded my luggage and electric wheelchair into my car!!! I was so impressed and shocked, I didn’t catch her name.
