I have always parked here and I like it here because its easy, safe, and simple. this time I would say that with the amount of people waiting on a bus, I don't know if someone called in but there seemed to be a lot of people waiting and only a couple busses. I felt bad for the drivers.

Easy to work with. Great proximity to MIA. Valet service is quick to unload and get us onto buses to airport. On return, did not wait long to be picked up. Car was waiting for us with a receipt on the dash. We've used them about 4 times and makes MIA a worthwhile departure point.

Love your service. I book online, show up, get my spot, get picked up soon and delivered to a convenient spot by my airline, and upon return - get on the app to put in request to be picked up and love that you show up very soon and get me delivered back to my car. I love The Parking Spot! I always have friendly drivers, as well!

I like the fact that I left my car protected from the weather (it was covered), the lady at the entrance was very polite. The shuttle came fast and the driver was very nice. I like this parking spot rather than #2 (I will continue to use this place instead of the other one).
