The Parking Spot is very convenient, and it takes the hassle of trying to figure out how to get to and from the airport when you can just drive yourself. The shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful whether you park in premium or not.

Fast and convenient

The service from the employees, from the gate entrance to the gate exit, every employee we encountered down to the driver went beyond their duties, they took pride in their work, and weren't just doing it for tips, they seemed to truly love their job. I COMMEND the Parking Spot for fostering this employee standard, because every employee that we encountered hit their mark. Job well done Parking Spot!

Dependable service as always. Our flight arrived 3 hrs late so I had to call for a shuttle. Wait was very short even though we arrived in the middle of the night.

Convenience and promptness

Easy to park, van picks you up within a couple minutes, and drops you at the airport. On return they pick you up, very short wait for the shuttle and drop you at your car. Drivers were pleasant and did the heavy lifting. Great experience!!

Bus pickups are often and do not have to wait very long. Drivers are very nice and help this Grandma with luggage.

When I parked, this was my first time ever and I wasn't sure how to use my app. I walked to the office area and the gentleman immediately hopped into the ride and helped us with baggage. We took off to the airport. I wasn't aware I was supposed to get a little ticket to show lane and parking spot, however, upon drop off, the driver was flexible and took us where we needed to go. The drop off was right to my vehicle and it couldn't have been easier. I will say, the address listed versus what my apple maps pulled up are 2 different addresses, so that was very confusing from the get-go. We also hopped on a parking spot 2 bus and realized our mistake and the driver was extremely kind and courteous about it. The woman that is in the ticket booth or whatever you call it ABSOLUTELY made my day. I don't know her name, but she was beyond helpful and just a beautiful soul. We talked arts and crafts for just a mere moment, but that left a smile on my face for the whole ride home.

Reliable, convienient

We have been with this parking service even before they changed their name to The Parking spot. We arrived late and after we picked up our luggage, I immediately went on the app and located shuttle service. Traveling as the only adult, this was probably my the most comforting thing about it. I knew we would be in good hands and the drivers are always so friendly! Even at 12 am! Thanks, Parking Spot for keeping us safe and the top their customer service.
