We love The Parking Spot. Prices are reasonable (I always look for specials). The shuttles are prompt and the drivers are helpful and kind. We had significant delays on our last trip and it was so easy to use the app to extend our time. It is the gold standard for airport parking: convience, economical and good customer service.

Everything except my last visit wasn’t good.
I arrived 11/21/2025 early morning at the South location. The shuttle driver gave me a ticket with my parking spot and type of car on it. When I returned 11/28/2025 in the evening I discovered you have 2 locations. I went to the spot where the shuttle dropped me off. The driver said my ticket indicates I am parked at the West location. I got on the West shuttle. My ticket said I was parked in I/Y 45. I went to the West location explained to the driver I am definitely parked in aisle M. Confused over how I got a West ticket, he took me back to the airport. I had some trouble convincing the South shuttle driver I am definitely parked at South, 56th street. He finally took me to South location and my car was parked in M 23. Why the female shuttle driver gave me a West location ticket with the absolutely wrong parking spot on it caused great confusion.

Efficient - easy to use and very accomodating

This is by far the most convenient and quickest facility I’ve ever parked at any airport across the country. Easy to schedule online, and change if needed. The lot is always organized, with easy directions where to park and the shuttle is there quick, sometimes before I’m even out of the car.
Access in and out is quick, with quick payment via the QR codes. Even when the shuttle is full of passengers, the drivers are always friendly and helpful.

The drivers were polite, the front gate people were super helpful, parking spot is not expensive compared to other options, I did not wait long for the shuttle upon my return, and I got a free water upon my return.

Love the Pittsburgh Parking Spot. It’s literally the ONLY place I park when flying in/out of PIT. It’s super convenient and I love the quick pickups and drop offs right at my car.
