It was so easy to use. once you sign up for the service it's easy. they tell you where to park and a bus picks you up within minutes. They take you right to the entrance of the airport and on the return flight they are waiting right where they dropped you off. That bus was full but in less than 5 minutes, another bus arrived. you give the driver your return ticket and they take you right to your car. I highly recommend this service. No hassles friendly service.

The parking lot is always clean, there’s always plenty of spots available, and the shuttle is always on time. I’ve never waited more than four or five minutes to depart from the Parking Spot to the airport, and I’ve never waited more than 10 to 15 minutes to hop on a shuttle when I return home.
It is very convenient and the drivers are always, courteous, personable, and go out of their way to be helpful!

The parking spot was so easy. All we did was park the car. Walk over to the shuttle. The shuttle took us directly to our terminal. When we were ready to be picked up, we went up the escalator. Waited at the designated spot. The shuttle showed up within five minutes. Took us directly back to where we needed to get our car. It was so easy no stress loved it. I’ve used the parking spot. Many many times. It is so easy.

Very convenient to park at The Parking Spot. Register on line with a AAA discount. The bus brings you over to the Airport. The bus driver gets our suitcases out of car trunk. Takes our suitcases off the bus in front our Airlines drop off. When returning from our vacation, we just wait outside at the bus stop , right next to luggage pick up. So convenient and easy. Driven back to the Parking Spot and dropped off right where our car is parked in the lot. And the bus driver gets our luggage off the bus and puts them in our trunk. And off we go. And when signing out, we are offered a bottle of cold water. Thank you 😊
