I have used Parking Spot for several years now. Typically, the service is fast, the staff is friendly, and prices are fair. I was, however, disappointed on my last trip in March, when I was dropped back in the valet area to pick up my car and waited 20 minutes for it to be delivered to me. It was cold. People who were bused to their cars departed long before my car arrived. Why did I pay the extra cost for a valet to have my car waiting for me, when that service wasn't provided. This experience won't keep me from using your service in the future, but needed to share this experience.
Rarely, do I run into a driver who is not super helpful.

I like your drivers and their friendliness and courthouses, plus the security of your lot. However, the prices have gotten out of hand, especially since as a Southwest pilot I park there so much. As I have been saying for years, you must come up with a monthly rate for SWA Crewmembers! Please call me at Phone number removed to discuss this. Thank you.

Easiest and most convenient way to reach EWR. Valet service is flawless! Get out of your car and get onto the bus. Car was ready and waiting for me when the bus brought me back to Parking Spot after my trip. Lots of buses around EWR so the wait was very short to get picked up upon my return. Drivers and staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommended!!!

I enjoyed the whole experience right up until my return to BWI. I and several other people waited at minimum 30 minutes for a shuttle to arrive to the North parking lot. During this time, we saw multiple shuttles and return shuttles from your competitors.
Other than this, your rates are great, secured parking is good, though spots are a bit on the smaller side.
I will definitely use again.
