the entire process takes all the stress out of air travel parking. being in Northern Arizona, it's a total pain to take a shuttle down there. we need to get dropped off at the shuttle location, or drive 30 minutes to the shuttle location (in the opposite direction of the airport) to park. we also have the freedom to hang out in Phoenix before heading home.

We used the valet service for the first time and it was wonderful. the drop off process was simple and our car was waiting for us when the bus brought us back to the lot!

Convenience. However, the driver was extremely rude. People were waiting around to give him a tip and he just took off so as a result, he got no tips.
