Google maps sent me to the shuttle entrance. Then the printed copy of the QR code would not work. Then when I pulled in I was supposed to park in E. But where? All the places show car wash, EV plugs, handicap, the places next to the poles are super tight. Your shuttle driver came to my rescue. He told me parking in the car wash spot was okay. Super frustrating for a first-time parking with you. I'm suggesting a step-by-step guide for first timers. Don't forget to tell us where to get picked up!

Then when I finally found the pick-up at the airport, the shuttle driver was super nice. Same issue with the QR code on the way out. But, a woman in the exit hut helped....but it took me 15 minutes to exit!

I would tell people to use your service, but I would tell them all the step-by-step. Your people saved the day. Someone hired right!
