I wish I had asked for the names of our drivers. They were both very helpful, courteous and cheerful. For both our departure and our arrival back at IAH, there was no waiting for a shuttle. It was relatively easy to reserve, park, and get picked up and dropped off. The shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful both directions and helped me get my heavy bag into and out of the shuttle. He even waited to make sure my car would start at the end of my journey before he left me in the parking lot. The price was almost equal to the price of the local hotel long-term parking and it was much closer.

The service is professional and friendly. The drivers are helpful and friendly which is important and understand time is important, so they try to be efficient.
Lot is not so large that it's overwhelming so you can kind of find your way through. The only reason I gave you guys a 9 is because it seems like every time I travel I'll see three or four JFK or lot 2 busses come past me before one of these
