No lines entering and exiting the parking lot, quick shuttle pickup, and courteous staff.
I would have given a score of 10, but I was VERY disappointed that I was charged for 10 days even though my car was parked for 9 days and 54 minutes. I am glad that I had points to use towards my reservation.

My husband and I have been using Parking Spot 2 on Will Clayton for several years. It’s easy in and out. The drivers are helpful. I would recommend the very reliable and quick service.
The people you have working at the South Lot are the reason I go back there so often. I really look forward to seeing Ray and Harvey in the mornings, and the drivers are very nice. Ray and Harvey both give me a level of comfort, that allows me to not worry about my vehicle. Also, I have had multiple drivers help me remove the snow from my vehicle so I could drive home - it was really nice of them. Thank you for the teamwork you group has as I feel like they have my back when I park with you all.
Easy to reserve a spot. Easy access. Reasonable prices. Not keen on the switch from the old plastic membership card to a digital app on my phone - but I'll try to get used to it. Not a fan of automation - glad there is still a live person in the checkout booth!
