Shuttle wait time is minimal & I always feel that my car is safe & secure. My driver on the way home on 11/7, Darrius was so respectful & brought my suitcase to my car & loaded it for me. I wanted to tip him but when I realized that I needed a QR code, the shuttle had already left. He deserves recognition for going above & beyond.

I wish there was a QR code option to pay a tip to our drivers. I rarely carry cash and would like a digital way to give a tip during the ride without holding up everyone at dismemberment by asking for a venmo or cashapp. The QR code that I did see on the bus only sent me to the parking spot website.
It's so easy to book a spot on the app. It's easy to get in and out. Staff are very friendly. They pick you up from your parking spot. The app tells you where the pick up point is when returning. It's very smooth transition and no guessing. Thank you for the great service.
You couldn’t make it any easier. Everything accessible on the app to prepay, just showing the QR to get in, the pick up and drop off were fast, the pick up upon return was very fast, and just showing the QR code when leaving to get out, easy peasy. You have a new forever customer!!
