You are easy to locate and covered parking. Got us to the airport quickly.
Returning is easy too. Although I did not get picked up as quickly as I planned due to I had not read the ticket that explained which side of the building to stand on. I was using the app instead and had not discovered it said it would stop at door 9. Maybe a verbal on this when dropped off with the info that all you need to know is on the back of the ticket.

Overall great experience from reserving my spot, to the day of serivce.

The convenience and location close to the Stevenson. The price is decent with the discounts that are offered.

1) Check in very easy. Scan the QR code on my phone.
2) Located a parking spot.
3) Before I had bags out of my truck the shuttle was waiting.
4) Drop off right at the correct door of the airport.
5) Arrival 10 days later.
6) Again the shuttle was waiting.
7) Driver loaded my bags. I handed him my Parking lot assignment.
8) Five minutes later he is setting my bags down beside my truck.

BUT some of the buses need to have the seat upholstery replaced! All the seats on one of the buses were all torn and looked awful.

Was easy entry and exit. Only issue was we pulled into the lane were a lady was and she was helping someone coming in then all of a sudden she left the area. No idea where she went or what happened. The driver finished helping that person then my husband couldn't get to machine to scan the qr code and driver came and helped 5h3n went to pick up person that had just come in. Still didn't see that lady come back...

shuttle came right away (and I landed at 1:00 in the morning, so this was great!), and my car was waiting for me when we arrived. Thank you!
