It was easy to park and pick up my car. It was a short ride to the airport, and the drivers were friendly. I enjoyed the free water as well!

All the attendants from the time you drive up to the time you are dropped off at airport and picked up on the return are incredibly helpful, and courteous!

Quick easy

Very pleased, as always, with The Parking Spot South and associated employees. Everything went smoothly. At Sky Harbour, upon our return to the curb awaiting pick up, the driver of another Parking Spot van helped us flag down the next South van and helped get our luggage into that van. 100% outstanding customer service! And, upon departing the South lot and having issues with the machined gate, a very nice employee walked over and helped with the scanning and departure. Excellent service!

Efficient, empathetic and trust worthy

When I arrived back to Dallas and got to my it was 110 degrees in my car, I had no water and had a 45-minute drive home, as I exited there was cool bottles of water. I scanned my barcode for exit and said thank you, I had water to drive home.

I’ve always known Parking Spot to have good quality parking structures and frequent shuttles, but this morning I experienced what truly sets it apart from all the other parking options by LAX: excellent customer service! I had an early morning flight and discovered on my car app that my rear door was slightly ajar, so my car couldn’t completely lock and turn off. It was too late for me to come pack to the garage as I had to catch my flight, so I called Parking Spot to do me a solid and check on my car. They have no obligation to check on cars not in valet, but the receptionist was so kind to help me out and Mark, the supervisor, went up to my car and helped me make sure the door closed all the way and my car turned off. Otherwise, I would have been so stressed while I was gone, and would have come back to an electric car with no battery. Parking Spot has earned my lifetime loyalty for going above and beyond!

Super convenient reservations. Check in and check out. Shuttle every 5 to 10 minutes depending on traffic. Absolutely love the breeze of parking here. Also the lot is safe, and secure.
