This time was a very pleasant experience. The shuttle was quick from when we dropped off our car and was right there to take us to airport we didn't have to walk through the lot to find one. It was also quick when we were picked back up and dropped us off back at our car. The drivers each time were super nice as well.

Covered parking

I like to be able to park my car in covered parking. I did have a bit of a problem after I checked in last Friday December 12th. I was in space F2 and it was brutally cold outside and I waited 10 minutes outside my car and no van came to pick me up. I eventually called out to the guy in the booth at the front entrance and asked where the van was and he said it would be back in about 3 minutes. I had to get back into my car and wait, just so I could warm back up a bit, before the van showed up. I parked my car at 1:00 pm and didn’t get into the van until 1:14 pm. That was my first bad experience with The Parking Spot.

I especially like the fact that they literally pick me up by my car and drop me off directly by my car. That’s extremely important to me since I frequently fly home at night and with a disabled husband, I am managing all the luggage. So being dropped off by my vehicle makes everything so much easier and safer.

Fast convenient, and the covered parking was a bonus.

The staff and drivers are wonderful! They are very polite and professional. The only thing I dislike is the check in process. I can never find my e-mail/barcode to scan when I check in. It would be nice if we can scan the credit card that we used to book the appointment, or our e-mail or telephone number.

The parking spot is such a great touch and makes the entire experience even better. It’s convenient, clearly marked, and removes the usual stress of finding parking. Being able to arrive and leave so easily really sets this place apart and shows thoughtful attention to customer comfort. It may seem like a small detail, but it makes a big difference and is truly appreciated.
