Safe, easy to find, reasonably priced helpful bus drivers, never have to wait for a bus in the lot and fairly quick service at the airport as well.
IT is easy to reserve parking and the drivers of the shuttle are usually very friendly. It is nice to be greeted upon arrival to the parking lot and to be told where to park for easy pick-up.
I was a usaiport parking lot user. When it changed to Parking Spot, it was confusing and frustrating using the Parking Spot for the first time. I was not sure I would use it again. I checked out other lots but I wasn't sure of their routine and location. I gave the Parking Spot another try. The 2nd time was much easier and smooth, so I will use it again.
