The drivers are very good about helping me with my luggage. And in fact one time that I had a problem with my key fob and I couldn’t open my car or start it the driver, I think his name was James, maybe Robert, was able to open my car and start it!!!
I will always use Parking Spot #3 when I travel. Courteous helpful drivers. And customer service is great too. When I forgot to put in my discount code, a simple email took care of that.
