Well it's nice to have an attendant there in case the QR code doesn't scan properly that is the most important to me and the direction to park was easy the bus to pick us up was good and delivered us was good however the only thing I would ask is that you upgrade your buses every pothole we hit was jarring and I know it's a very expensive upgrade but they need better shocks in the bus

Great services, easy in and out of airport, shuttles are almost always there when you walk out of terminal. Drivers are so nice - Rudy, one of the evening drivers from 08/25 was so nice and talked to all of the folks on the bus. He also waited for me to get in my car and turn it on before driving away. He needs a raise, excellent customer service in a time where it’s sparse. Always a good experience!

The ease of parking. The Spot is super efficient! The customer service is wonderful as well. I have always used The Spot and will continue to do so.
Frequency of bus at the terminal, close proximity to the airport, safe monitoring of access to parking, people on duty. I flew in one cold rainy night about 10 p.m. to find my car wouldn’t start. Short hike to the kiosk and in ten minutes my car was started and I was on my way home. As a single person, I appreciate knowing that someone will be there if I need help, even at night!

I’ve been parking at PnF for decades. I feel that the cars in the lot are very safe. The shuttles come at regular intervals. The drivers are professional and helpful.
My only complaint is that if you make a reservation and happen to come home earlier you don’t get a discount or credit. I returned back to Oakland Intl Airport two hours early and I did not receive a discount.

The service was good. The staff was organized. Once I checked in and was told what area to park in the shuttle was on time. I never have to wait long. The drivers are always courteous.
