It's an easy process to drop your car off & very easy to get your car after a long trip. The fact that the valet service in the winter will have your car cleaned off of ice & snow & warmed up is wonderful. You just get off the shuttle & go straight to your car.

No waiting… shuttle came right over when we parked and there was one just pulling up when we got to the curb at the airport. Whiole process is very well organized, reliable, and easy to use.

On a negative note, the exit on the West side said no internet connection so I was unable to exit there. I had to back up and turn around which was difficult in my truck
