The Parking spot was so easy to navigate. I checked in with my QR code on my phone and parked. The Yellow spotted bus came right away and picked us up. The bus drivers were very friendly and courtious. When we got back to Cleveland we just went to #5 stall and the yellow spotted bus was there to pick us up in 5 minutes. I highly reccomend using The Parking Spot.
Love the ease of use. Very easy to book and I ended up having to extend due to delayed flights. Also loved that the shuttle picks you up at your car, then the driver gives you a card, so you don't have to try and remember where you parked. The shuttle drivers both ways were super friendly as well.
