Typically there is very little wait on either end....at least in my recent experience. The drivers really help with the bags to keep things moving...this is important. They are professional.
The only thing I am starting to really notice is the pricing for Premium Indoor which I always use. It's a great/safe service but the cost is getting so high it seems that it's hard to justify (even with discounts you give or I try to use). I think you would sell even more such spots by some reduction.

We absolutely loved using your service. We will be using it from now on for every trip we take and need to leave our cars behind. Every single person from the time we called and when we were there were the absolute kindest people. Truly went out of their way to be genuinely friendly. They pick you up exactly where you park and drop you off at the front door of the airport and vice versa when you get back. The cost is reasonable compared to the areas at the airport. If I could give a higher score I would. We dealt with 3 people over the period we used them and every single one went above and beyond expectations. Great company and trustworthy.
