Drivers are absolutely lovely hardworking people. The only problem that we encountered was the lack of vehicles coming to pickup people from the airport. We tried through the app and even called but it was a good 40 minutes of waiting till we managed to get picked up. Nevertheless the drivers have no fault they are nice and communicative.
