Easy to use. Quick shuttle.

The Suttle is there by the time you get your bags out of the car. The drivers are courteous and load and unload your bags. The shuttle is there to pick you up upon your return within minutes if it's not already there. I have recommended the service to my friends and other people who have asked about parking at Chicago Midway Airport.

Quick service picking up almost instantly when I have parked. The very friendly driver I had this time especially, June 29 & July 5th. He was kind and careful with driving and I didn't have to wait at all.

The staff was friendly and polite. The parking garage was clean, and well lit. I also liked that they have numbered parking spaces for the car, which makes it easier to find when you return from your trip.
The shuttle picks you up right at your Mark parking spot takes you directly to your terminal and when you’re back in town, you call them and they pick you up within 10 minutes.

The Parking Spot makes travel easy and takes the stress out of trying to do rideshare at LAX. Doing everything online made getting in and out simple. Also, the wait time to get a shuttle isn’t bad. However, leaving LAX to head to parking structure, there weren’t as many Century shuttles as there were Sepulveda so we had to wait for a bit. That said, still much more convenient and cost effective than rideshare.

I've been using The Parking Spot at Phoenix Sky Harbor for a while now, and the experience has been consistently outstanding. The check-in process is quick and seamless, the lot is well-lit, secure, and easy to navigate, and the staff are always friendly and professional. The shuttle drivers deserve special mention — they're courteous, helpful with luggage, and get you to your terminal promptly. Booking through the app is effortless, and the pricing is very reasonable for the peace of mind you get leaving your car in safe hands.

My only request: please increase the frequency of the return shuttles from Sky Harbor back to the lot. After a long flight, the wait at the pickup zone can stretch longer than expected, especially during peak evening hours. More frequent return buses would make an already great service truly flawless.

Highly recommend The Parking Spot to anyone flying out of PHX — I wouldn't park anywhere else!
