It's very convenient to the airport with a quick bus ride back and forth, the drivers are always helpful and take you right to your car!

I love the convenience of parking in a safe place. The bus is usually at my car very soon after I arrive to park prior to my trips. Same when I come back to pick up my car. I always park in the covered parking space.
Some of the drivers help with the luggage and others do not, but that could be because they are not able to do so. I understand. Most do and I appreciate it very much and tip accordingly.
They all remind us of where we need to be in order to be picked up after we return from our trips. It is also on our ticket. The reminders are very helpful especially if we are going back & forth from terminal 1 & terminal 2 with our trips. It can be easy to forget.
Overall, I would very much recommend The Parking Spot.

I used the app which allows for pre-registration. With the QR code, easy in, easy pickup, easy exit. I highly recommend this parking service.

It's cheaper than taking an Uber (especially if you book in advance! y'all should make that more clear). Shuttles run frequently to the airport so you don't have to wait too long. It's secure. You can also earn free parking days by joining their rewards program.
Quick and easy for the most part. However, I am concerned about how tight the parking spots are, especially since I need extra room to open the car door because I have problems with my legs. The spots are much too narrow for the width of today's vehicle, particularly many trucks and SUVs which take up the entire width of spaces and making getting in and out of vehicles difficult and parking hazardous. When I am directed to a specific row often the available spaces are impossible to easily access. Consequently I am concerned that my vehicle will be damaged by an adjacent vehicle.

Promptness of pickup when we arrived to park and when we arrived back in town. Also like that covered parking is n option.
