Guest Testimonials

My car is safe and available for when I return even if my travel plans change.

Very easy to submit a reservation, professional and kind drivers.

Service is great. The drivers are very helpful and friendly.
Covered parking is definitely the way to go for our trips.

I like the fact that you pick me up and take me to the airport. Then on returning pick me up no matter what terminal I land at. The Drivers always help me with my luggage on and off the shuttle which is a major thing due to the fact that I don't get around like I used too.

Easy to make reservations
Efficient pick ups once parked
Friendly staff

Easy access to the airport and great drivers

I like the fact that you guys are efficient and that you have the shuttle taking us to the airport and picking us up from the airport and that parking is inside the parking lot and not outside and the parking price is reasonable.

Already have recommended to a friend and he loves it

staff were courteous and helpful. Pickup at both parking site and airport for return was prompt. bus was clean.

So convenient and the staff is always easy to deal with. Reserve online and the prices are always reasonable. Very easy to get the shuttle from the airport. Highly Recommend.

Hassle free experience! Great facility and shuttle drivers.

Convenient and price

The ability to park immediate and be shuttled to the front door service of the airline

Very Convienient to AP but sometime long wait for bus

Nice people no waiting

When we parked our car - we had to wait more than 10-15 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up to take us to the airport. This was a much longer time than normal.

Easy to make a reservation. Check-in and directions on-line are easy to follow. Most of the shuttle drivers are very helpful in handling the luggage.l

Always fast pick ups and good drivers.

Convinced and courteous drivers

It reasonable, the location was perfect less than a mile from Love Field and the drivers taking me the airport and back to my car professional and great customer service.

Easy and quick.... Free water

Conveniently located and reasonable prices.

Everything went like clockwork. Very reasonable pricing.

I like the security at the facility and the minimal wait for shuttles

As always, it was very easy to check in and checkout. Having covered parking was very convenient to come back to in the Arizona heat

We like the convenience of using the Parking Spot. The rewards program is also good.

We had a short wait for the shuttle. The driver was very attentive. Price is fair, and the complimentary water was very welcome

The parking space was oversized as promised and the lot was easy to access. The bus to airport was very good. The pick up was a little more confusing, maybe due to construction.

Convenient location, reasonable rates, friendly staff.

Good, covered/garaged secured parking. Shuttles are efficient.
