I liked that I was able to make a reservation on a rate special, scan the QR code to gain access to the lot right away, and that the shuttle was waiting near where I parked my car which was great since it had snowed the night before.

I love the convenience of parking in a safe place. The bus is usually at my car very soon after I arrive to park prior to my trips. Same when I come back to pick up my car. I always park in the covered parking space.

Some of the drivers help with the luggage and others do not, but that could be because they are not able to do so. I understand. Most do and I appreciate it very much and tip accordingly.

They all remind us of where we need to be in order to be picked up after we return from our trips. It is also on our ticket. The reminders are very helpful especially if we are going back & forth from terminal 1 & terminal 2 with our trips. It can be easy to forget.

Overall, I would very much recommend The Parking Spot.
