The shuttles are pretty fast taking you to the airport and picking you up. We used to park at another place and it would always take so long for both. Since we’ve switched to parking spot we no longer have that issue.

I love the quick shuttle availability and car-side pick up when heading to the airport. Safe covered locations for my car are great too.

The shuttle drivers are both kind and professional. I currently have a knee injury, and the driver went above and beyond, by transferring my bags from the shuttle into my car. SO HELPFUL.

I love that you can get everything done online and have a QR code ready to go. That being said, the QR code scanners are not great and in fact one of them was not working at all while I was there

Ease of set up, quick transport to and from airport terminal

Check in was easy and the staff directed me to where space was available. Return was also easy. Basically no fuss, no muss, minimal stress parking and returning.

We pulled up and parked. There was a bus already waiting. Was helped with our luggage. Dropped us off at the airport. Only problem was I forgot there were two locations. Boarded the wrong bus and had to get off and find the right bus but as soon as we did, it take us back to our car and drop us off. And I liked the low price. Nice drivers.
