The drivers are always so friendly and helpful. It is the quickest service when you get to the airport and are trying to get back to the lot. It's reasonably priced, and I think worth every penny! My only comment is that the GPS took me to a random housing development instead of the lot when I first plugged in the address. It was only a couple of minutes away so it wasn't a big deal.

Employees are friendly and helpful. I feel safe personally and leaving my car there because the parking areas are well lit, no matter what time my flight lands.

Convenient, reasonable pricing, car was ready when we picked it up. We were parked there during the blizzard and the car was completely snow free when we arrived home.

I love the convenience of the whole experience using your service. I also appreciate the choices of valet or open parking. The entire staff is always friendly as well as knowledgeable and experienced. Everything appears to be operating very efficiently. I also feel the fee is reasonable and the payment process is also very accommodating. I always choose this company to make my travel experience a little less stressful!

the Parking Spot is very convenient for Midway travel. I like that there are both covered and outdoor parking options available. The shuttles run every 1-15 minutes so no matter when i get there or when my plane lands I don't have a crazy wait for the next shuttle. Suttles are clean and the drivers are always very nice and jump in to help with luggage. The Parking Spot makes parking and getting to the airport one piece of my travel itinerary that I don't have to stress about.
