I liked that the process was seamless. I loved how the van followed me to my parking spot and then provided me with a card that had my parking spot number and directions for my return trip. I loved that the drivers helped with my luggage and even put my luggage in my car when I returned.

I liked the convenience of pulling up, checking in and being dropped at the departure location. I also like the frequency of shuttles running upon return. I didn't like the return driver's insistence that I scan his QR code. I was going to give him a tip, but that made me change my mind.
