Excellent service
You are very prompt and your drivers handle all the luggage. On the most recent trip there was a torrential downpour but the driver was very careful to get us very close to our car so that we didn’t get wet at all. Highly recommended!

The lot is very conveniently located. The drivers are very helpful with my luggage most of the time. Occasionally, I have had to lift my bag onto the shuttle bus myself which isn't always the easiest thing to do. A few times, I have also had to wait a long time to have the shuttle come and pick me up. Now that you are directing which row to park in for faster pick up, this is not happening as often.
