To the airport: check in was quick, easy and a shuttle was waiting immediately.

From airport back to car: it was past 11pm, I called the number and a driver was at the airport very quickly. Driver was fantastic when it started snowing, driving safely, and heard us when we said it was way too hot in the back and adjusted the temperature. Service was speedy and efficient when no one knew what spot they parked in (but saved their tickets)

I did forget where my QR code was to raise the bar to exit the lot, but found it eventually in my email. Worked great

Drivers are very helpful.

It is so easy to reserve a spot in advance through the app. This takes away the anxiety of having to find a parking spot. I also love having my car ready for me when I return. On my last trip, it was very cold when I returned and my car was heated up and ready for me when I got off the shuttle. This will definitely be my parking spot for future trips.

Very efficient. No waiting in the lot. Only a short wait at the terminal.

Car was ready from valet when we arrived on the bus from the airport. Employees helped unload and load our luggage. Payment and exit were fast and easy. Appreciate the bottle of water on exit.

Always great to use parking spot Newark. Came back to lots of snow. Cat was cleaned the guys were cordial always happy. No wait for pick up. Love this

I love the convenience of parking and being picked up and shuttled to the airport. I came back to 3-4 inches of snow on my car and didn't have a scraper. I called the attendant and they sent someone to help. I park at Parking Spot every time I travel.

Really very courteous drivers, always professional and nice. Easy access and exit. Always a grate experience.

Valet service is expensive but very easy to drop your car off and pick it up.
Waited about 15 minutes for shuttle this time .
