Quick pick up upon arrival at TPS. Usually quick at the airport. However, frustrating when there is a long line for TPS 1 and 3 buses come for TPS 2! Last time, the TPS 2 bus offered to take us to TPS 1. Having an actual line for boarding helps but when people at the end of the line who have just arrived run to jump in front of those waiting in the line, that’s also irritating.

I like the customer service we always get. I only park at the parking spot. I love that it is gated in and they take care of you. We left our window down and they took a trash bag and put over our window in case it rain car would not get wet. That what i call great customer service looking over your customers cars.

Drivers are courteous and you never have to wait long to be picked up. Also, I like that you don't over crowd the shuttles. Everyone gets a seat. No hanging on to a pole or stepping on someone's feet.

I love the valet parking. It is a game changer for me. Pull up...check in and board the shuttle to the airport. Upon return, board the shuttle and arrive at TPS and the car is awaiting you. Jump in and head home. I Love it!
