Normally your pickup at the airport to return to my vehicle is excellent. This last trip the waiting time was close to 20 minutes. We saw a number of Parking Spot One and South buses and one Parking Spot Two bus went right by, don't know if it was totally full but move buses should have been in service.

I like the convenience of the entire experience-making a reservation online, the ease to enter/exit the parking lot, the pay options, availability of the shuttle, and the courteous help of the drivers. Traveling can be stressful at times. The Parking Spot help easing any concerns with transportation to/from the airport.

Dependable and timely pickup

Very easy to use. When I pulled in, the attendant was very friendly and helpful. As soon as we parked, the shuttle came to pick us up. Drop off was very easy and made for a quick check in at bag drop. Upon return, the shuttle pulled right up and got us back to our vehicle quickly. Friendly staff all the way around and easy to use.

The Parking Spot was very convenient to the airport. The shuttle busses were clean and efficient, we didn't wait long at all on the outbound or return trip. The covered parking was nice to have too either for the Texas heat or the potential for storms.

I made a reservation for my trip, and received a 25% discount off the rates. Unfortunately I selected the wrong airport DFW instead of DAL. When I scanned my barcode was the first I realized that I had the wrong airport. Is was able to proceed to park. But when I tried to change the location on my reservation I was unable to change it. I assumed that the reservation would update and I would still get the discount as I am a member. However when I checked out after my 4 day parking no discount was applied. I am extremely disappointed.

Love the ease of access from the interstate, valet parking vs self parking, courtesy of staff, proximity to airport, receipt in car when return va kiosk check out, free water, online reservations, and Spot Club. I’ve used several other Parking Spots but the Nashville one is the very best!!!
