Convenient, avoids terminal parking which is a trainwreck

Easy in and out

It was fast and easy and they meet you right at your vehicle to pick you up and drop you back off at your vehicle service was fast and very reasonable better than pricing at the airport.

Both to and from the airport, I was unable to scan the QR code to tip the drivers. I notified the driver and they mentioned that other riders had issues as well. I believe this is because the QR code was moved to a curved surface. Previously it was hung flat on one of the windows and I had never had an issue scanning it. Please move the QR code back to a flat surface so riders can scan it and tip the drivers using a credit card. Thanks!

Strongly recommend the Parking Spot. The amount charged is highly reasonable, especially considering the fact that the vehicle is secure and guarded during our travels. Pickup and return via their vans is quick and easy. Plus their app works well in identifying where their vans are. We always will use the Parking Spot when driving to and keeping our vehicle at the airport.
