My vehicle has always been safe. Drivers are friendly and eager to help with luggage. (I believe in tipping well for their efforts.) Price was parking is reasonable. Appreciate the cold bottle of water at exit!
Fast and friendly!
Usually a very efficient way to park and get dropped off at Terminal 4. The return has become less efficient. lately I have been arriving late and get the message on the app that says to call for pickup. The link doesn't actually initiate a call, so you have to memorize the number, and then you just get a recording telling you to use the app. It seems to work best if I get to the pickup aport on north side of Terminal 4 and then try the app again and then call again. That seems to get the shuttle on its way. So, that takes a bit longer than it used to, but overall still happy with the product. All the drivers are pleasant, and everyone at the check-in kiosk is always courteous.

Friendly drivers on the shuttle
You pick me up at my car and you drop me off at my car. That is so much better than walking around a parking lot looking for a shuttle bus. I can also schedule my spot so I know I have a parking spot somewhere on the property.
It is very convenient after a long flight. The wait for the shuttle is not a long wait. The one from Houston Hobby airport is the best!!!

I don't usually use the Atlanta Parking Spot. This location was convenient and safe. The ride to the airport was efficient. I didn't have to wait long for the shuttle from airport to the car. Happy with this park and ride.
On my recent return to BWI my car was iced in from recent snow. The shuttle drivers (special callout to Steven Taylor) went above and beyond and shoveled my car out. Now that's good service! They were so nice about it too.
