So many things are great about Parking Spot. I frequently use BWI West. It’s easy to get to, easy to scan and find a place to park. Wait time for a bus has never been more than five minutes! Drop off at the airline I need. When returning it seems there’s always a bus waiting exactly where they say they will be. Once I waited a few minutes. Never more than ten minute wait. Drop off at the car with a great driver who gets my bag and places it at the car!

Very Efficient and consistent
The reservation process was super easy. We found a parking spot very quickly. The shuttle, driven by Robert T, picked us up quickly, which was nice since it was a fairly cold morning. He helped with our luggage and carried us smoothly to the airport. It was a great experience and made our girls' only "getaway" a smooth experience getting to and from the airport.

The service was amazing! When we pulled up the attendant came out, scanned our qr code and told us where to park. The shuttle was there waiting right behind our spot. The driver even helped with our luggage.
