I enjoy leaving my car here knowing that it’s safe but need improvement more drivers to take you to the airport and to pick you up once your plane land wait times are long in both area , it’s also confusing once your back at the airport, knowing where you stand to be picked up to get back to your car you guys tell us to stay in zone one we stay in zone one but the bus can’t park in zone one so by the time the bus comes and park it’s a crowd of people pass zone one and the bus is full. Then you have another 20 to 30 minute I was not able to get on two buses so I know I stood out there for one hour before I really got on the third bus. Thanks

Shuttle service is terrific!

Typically, the shuttle is following you in parking lot for an immediate pickup to the airport. Never a long wait. On our return flight, the shuttle is usually there within 10 minutes.

I fly out of St Louis often and always park at The Parking Spot 3. This particular trip was a challenge. There was an accident on the highway making me almost late to my flight. The van was in my isle by the time I got out of the car. The driver was incredibly helpful, I had one arm in a sling. When I got to the airport, I accidentally left a bag on the bus. I called the number, the lady was so helpful, kept me on the line until she could reach the driver who quickly drove back to my door and gave me my back. That is the type of service that brings you back.

Convenient reliable parking

The Parking Spot is easy to access and being right past I-285 on Camp Creek Pkwy makes it easy to leave without a lot of airport traffic. The drivers meet you at your car and put your luggage in the van. They take your luggage out and take it to your car when you return. They let you out at your airline arrival area. I have used Parking Spot many times without any trouble. In recent trips, it has gotten fairly busy making it best to make a reservation prior to arriving. The drivers have always been friendly and don’t appear to mind to answer any questions.

My battery was dead. The staff told me they would get someone to jump my car. The driver drove me back, jumped the battery and made sure we drove away. Everyone was awesome!
