Friendly, helpful, AVAILABLE drivers. We usually have scuba equipment and those bags are heavy. Never a complaint or hard look from the driver. At two in the morning, those guys are ready for the day.

EASY AND CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT
Everything as it is seamless
My first experience with the Parking Spot West (formerly USA Airport Parking) was relatively painless. I had used this lot many times in the past when it was operated by USA and it was always a good experience. The good news is that the new owner/operator seems to be making a genuine good effort to make the transition with the customer in mind. The experience was not perfect, but it was pretty close. Hopefully, The Parking Spot West will continue to fine tune the process to smooth out the minor issues. Important note!! - If you are new to using this lot, be sure to get on their website and carefully read through the new process. Life will be so much better if you do.

It has changed in 2 1/2 years since I flew out. It is more automated than before, but the service and friendliness are the same. They have good pickup from the airport. You don't have to wait forever to get a shuttle. The drivers are friendly and helpful. Scan in and pay worked well and I didn't have a glitch. Making reservations on-line was easy.
