Convenient and safe.
Other than the construction the van was right there to pick us up and we got to airport on time. Had help with luggage. Truly best drivers for pick up and drop off lived the free water after a day of travel.
The prepay and easy check in and out was great. Shuttle was prompt for pickup. However, I had to call several times to get service back to the lot. The phone operator hung up on me before I could tell him we needed 2-3 shuttles since there was 20-25 people on the east side

Services are great. Our most recent ride was a disappointment, though. First time EVER that the driver didn’t help us or others put our luggage on or off the van. Also the first time I recall a driver accelerating while people were still walking to their seats.

The gentleman who picked me up from STL was so nice. My experience when I arrived was not quite as good. I parked and thankfully noticed my surroundings because the bus came quickly. A gruff, unpleasant man hurried myself and a family of 4 onto the bus. Not offering the typical friendly service and card with space and row on it. When asked for the card upon departing at STL he rudely told myself and the other family he has no idea where we were parked. This was one of the rudest and worst experiences I’ve had using Spot. Again, I would like to thank the kind man that got me to my car with a smile and kindness.

Edward C, our driver on 3/25 in the afternoon, was a wonderful ambassador for Parking Spot. We were totally exhausted and he went above and beyond to wait a moment for us to get to the bus and then make sure our car would unlock. Very kind person and most appreciated.
Always quick getting from the lot to the terminal but getting picked up from the terminal seems to take 30 minutes every time. Need to improve!
It was super easy to book a reservation and affordable. The shuttles were clean, readily available, even at 1AM, and staff was very friendly.

Close to the airport and right off the Interstate. I want to get out of my car and into the shuttle as soon as possible to get to the airport.
Most of the drivers are helpful and courteous. They will help with baggage without being asked. There are always some exceptions as was the case on my last trip from the Airport back to The Parking Spot 2.
They are secure, right there to pick you up and drop you off when you return, can accue points for free days, also courteous. Easy to do on line.
Bus drivers are quick and very customer friendly.

the parking spot is convenient close to the airport, the drivers are quick to pick you up at your car, super nice and help with luggage. easy drop off at the airport and returning is a breeze with a shuttle coming quickly. returning me to my car with no issues. parking lot is secured and i never feel unsafe there.
