The convenience to the airport, frequency of the shuttles and friendly staff make this a great place to park.
The garage is very close to the airport. Shuttles are always running and you can track on your mobile app. Easy to make reservations online, and you usually can get a coupon (discount)
Easy to book, enter, exit, with numerous and regular shuttles you don't have to wait long to get. Drivers are friendly and professional. Parking is secure and close to airport. Prices are reasonable for this level of service.
We had a great experience and will use this company again! We never had a wait for a shuttle either way to or from the airport and the drivers were very friendly and helpful with our bags. In our return we had a flat tire and the attendant was so kind, he had us go to their garage and they filled it for us so we could get home before having to change it. After a couple of flights this made a daunting discovery a much smoother experience.
Good staff and you make it easy.
Convenient , quick
Love the Parking Spot! Have been using this services for over 10 years.
The drivers take such kind care of their guests.
I witnessed auch kindness on the evening of Oct. 14th around the 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm hour. A guest was picked up at Hobby by Parking Spot 2 shuttle. While on the drive to the parking spot the guest and his companion realized they were unsure of their spot, or the car they drove to the parking lot. The driver was very patient and understanding. She asked some questions and was able to get them to the vicinity of their vehicle.
I know after a long day of travel...and rounds of shuttling things could have been very frustrating. The shuttle driver was in control of the temperature here and did her very best. Such kindness by the shuttle drivers and ease of use of the parking area is why we choose this company time and again.
Everyone, from the time I drive in and get checked in, to the drivers, to when I check out, everyone is friendly and helpful. Love the service I receive.
