I recently used Parking Spot and had an issue with one of the drivers who wasn’t representing the company well. I reached out to management about my experience, and I have to say, they handled the situation immediately. Assistant Manager Cheryl took responsibility and made sure to address the problem quickly and professionally. It was clear she genuinely cares about her customers and service quality. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how they’re handled makes all the difference. Thank you to Cheryl for turning things around and restoring my confidence in using this shuttle service again!

It's easy to book - both Online and on the App! I always look for Discounts to apply before booking - and I save a lot! I sometimes save the specific Reservation QR code to my Apple Wallet and if I forget, I can scan my Member QR code that is ALWAYS in my Apple Wallet.

The Ingress is easy and I LOVE the drivers! I also love the new Tipping via QR code - right to my work credit card.

Getting the Bus at Departures - I never wait longer than a few minutes (if I wait at all). And I LOVE the FREE water at the Exit!

I pull in jump out of my car check in and on the shuttle literally within minutes, not even 5 minutes, less than 5 minutes! The ease of this process is why I keep coming back. When I get off the plane I text or call and the shuttle is there and my car is ready when I pull in. Warm if it’s winter!! Love this place and I recommend it to everyone I know!!!

The Parking Spot is a convenient location at a fair price for airport parking. The staff is friendly and we feel very safe leaving our car. We always choose the covered valet parking and our car is ready and waiting when we get back. Drivers are great and service is quick.
