Very efficient. I like being picked up and dropped off by my car. Check in and check out is very easy. But the best thing is the quick pick up at the airport. I hate waiting for a shuttle to show up. You seem to have a good number of shuttles.

Very friendly workers, very organized, great communication with the shuttle drivers & their employees, car wash & bottle of water to go. But, most importantly I prepaid for 7 days but only used 1 day because I missed a connecting flight & I was given credit for 6 days. That made me a forever customer.
It's very convenient. I don't think we've ever had to wait more than a few minutes for one of the shuttles to come by. The rates are competitive and the drivers are always super friendly.
Easy of self service and the quickness of the shuttle to and from the airport
Service was good, however when paying when you leave the machine had issues on excepting card payments. I had the issue along with many others which cause a very long line driving out. Also the wait for the pick up bus upon returning was the longest I’ve ever experienced. Maybe to staff issues.
