We were picked up promptly at both parking pick-up and at the airport. The driver both ways was very courteous.

They always provide a great service. With many special deals listed, we usually purchase Covered Premium Parking. Can’t wait for the road construction to be finished. Many of our flights are early morning with arrival at the airport by 3:30 or 4 am. I have been challenged with finding my way through the construction when it is dark out. It will be fantastic once construction is finished.

Safety is built into entering the parking facility. I liked that once I parked the car a shuttle shortly arrived behind my car to take me & my luggage into the shuttle to the airport. I didn't have to wander around with my suitcase to get back to front to find the shuttle.

I like that the shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your car for safely. It is also nice they help you with your suitcase. The staff is also very friendly.

Bus always ready to take you to the airport. This is important when delays due to traffic delay arrival to parking spot.

Can improve pick up at the terminal back to parking lot. Wait time can be up to 15 min or longer after 8pm.
