Easy to make a reservation, quick trip to airport and reliable. We were at the Parking Spot 2 at 4:30 am and there were plenty of buses to take us to the airport. On our return at 10:30 pm, I requested a pick up I and a bus was waiting for us at the airport. The app is user friendly. The drivers are friendly and efficient.

I made a reservation for my trip, and received a 25% discount off the rates. Unfortunately I selected the wrong airport DFW instead of DAL. When I scanned my barcode was the first I realized that I had the wrong airport. Is was able to proceed to park. But when I tried to change the location on my reservation I was unable to change it. I assumed that the reservation would update and I would still get the discount as I am a member. However when I checked out after my 4 day parking no discount was applied. I am extremely disappointed.
