EASY!

easy check in, pretty much immediate pick up.

The whole process was very easy. The bus drivers were very nice and helpful.

Convenient, reasonable prices.

Location to airport

I have always been able to get parking, the shuttles to and from the airport to the lot are timely, and the staff is nice, kind and helpful.

Easy to use. Courteous staff. Good price

Bus picked us up within a reasonable time. Driver was safe and got us to the terminal safely.

Tried the basic parking and was just as happy with it as the regular parking. The pickup from the parking lot and the airport was very easy and fast.

Quick, efficient

Easy to make reservations. Pick up at your car and drop off at your car.

There's always a safe place to park near the STL airport. I park there everytime I fly to visit my daughter. I have recommended this service to others.

Everything !

It helps avoid airport traffic, my car is safe, and the price is affordable.

Easy.

Very convenient with friendly staff

The location, your drivers are excellent at being friendly, efficient and ready to take me and bring me back to my car.

If I had one suggestion it would be to locate the posts holding the roof in another location - slightly ahead or behind the current location. I have twice found the posts too close to the driver door to get out easily. The 2nd time I was on the end of a row & could have moved a bit more away but then the vehicle might have been less covered in a hail storm coming from the Northwest.

I think I had site 60C.

I thought that your fee was fair.

Convenience, service and price

Easy, fast, convenient, good value!

Very punctual.

First time user, great experience. Highly recommend

Stops first at Terminal 2

Safety of my car

Your website is easy to make a reservation. The location is easy to find and near the airport. It’s easy to check in with the code on my phone, park and the shuttle arrives in a timely manner. The drivers have always been kind, respectful and helpful. Upon arriving back home, the shuttle picks us up at the designated spot and takes us directly to our car. Checking out of the lot is a breeze. Thank you all.

Very friendly staff.

Shuttle picked us up at car when dropping off AND dropped us off at our car! Very convenient!!!

Wonderful place … very quick pick up …. And the app is very helpful to find the pickup place at airport.

East to get there, great rates, friendly, knowledgeable drivers & the driver giving us a ticket with our parking spot location without us having to ask.

Great Drivers who are prompt!

Love the covered parking option. Frequency of shuttles is great! Wish drivers had QR code to tip, as I rarely carry cash ever. I hate to hand them $1, when that’s all I have. I’d much prefer to tip appropriately. Ease of arrival and departure is great.
