I've ALWAYS enjoyed your service. The reservation process is very simple and effective. I NEVER has any problems or concerns with any of your shuttle drivers, gate attendants. Usually I travel solo, but The PARKING SPOT never has me worried about safety. The shuttle drivers always wait until I'm safely in my vehicle. Super convenient. App is great. Shuttle bus was right there waiting on both our departure and arrival. On an extremely frigid day/weekend, the Driver was kind enough to wait for each passenger to see that their car started before leaving. I will use them again when warranted.

All is pretty good. One driver would not let me sit up front. I think it was payback because he did not want to give me a papercard with my parking spot on it.

Rock stars are Felicia, Dina, Cristina, Sebastion, Krystal and my main beautiful woman that greets me in the mornings when I come in!! She definitely makes my day!

Quick Pickup in lot, quickly went to the airport. Same with the return, very short wait for the driver. The same person took us also picked us up and was incredible getting our 4 bags loaded and on our way! he did an incredible job for The Parking Spot

I am so impressed with the parking spot and the service I received. I arrived in Columbus, Ohio in a terrible snowstorm and my driver was awesome. He took me to my car in the covered parking area but due to the snow and the wind, it was totally covered with snow. Oh, and it was about 17degrees outside. He loaded my suitcase in the back of my SUV. He had a brush to clean off my car and he waited till I was in the car and the car was running before he left me. It was dark and I am a single woman and his assistance was so appreciated. It was great.!!

It’s been really easy to get in and out of and I really appreciate the service.

When we were dropped off at our vehicle last Saturday night, our car would not start. Your driver came back to try and help us and let us sit in the van to stay warm. He even took us up to the office while we were trying to get our vehicle running Another worker came in with jumper cables and used his own vehicle to give us a jump and we were able to get our car started and head home. It was very cold about 10° that particular evening on 13 December. Your people went way above and beyond and helping us and will never forget it. I only wish I could remember the two gentlemen‘s names, but they were working last Saturday, December 13 and a time was around 7 o’clock in the evening.
