Getting to the airport is very easy. The shuttle is convenient and the drivers are very helpful and courteous.
However. when we were coming back from our trip, we saw several shuttle buses for the South lot before a North lot shuttle became available. Is there the same amount of buses for both locations?

Due to the bad weather on our departure day , we were very glad to have picked indoor parking at the east facility.Got a good sale price when booking. Very convenient to #2 terminal.

Service is great, shuttle is reliable, check in and check out is great, and the price is right. The only negative is that the parking spots are too close to each other, and the steel columns for the covered parking are too close to the car. Difficult to open doors.

This was our first time using The Parking Spot. It was a nice experience.

I liked the ease of showing the QR code, the gate opens and the attendant directed me to the row I should park in; the shuttle driver had my card ready for the location of my car for the return.

The only thing that would be good, is to be able to be dropped off in front of the airline you will be flying out on. I saw other van/shuttles do a quick drop off and on to the next airline. Perhaps you are unable to do so, but it would be nice rather than walking from the drop-off.

Pick up from the parking spot and from the airport have always been fast, never have to wait more than a few minutes for the shuttle. Shuttle drivers have always been friendly and helpful. Will continue to use The Parking Spot North every time I fly out of BWI due to great service and a fair price.

One suggested improvement for the App - show an acknowledgement and make it clear when you ask for a pickup using the app. The map and location of vans works well, but would help to have a clear acknowledgement that you are ready for pick up. Thank you.
