Strictly as parking service, I love The Parking Spot. Booking parking, parking the car, and taking the shuttle to the airport are all seamless. It's exactly what it's supposed to be. However, I've found the charging services and wash/detail services to be cumbersome. With those services booked, it was entirely unclear to me what to do or where to go when I arrived. The first time, I just parked and never got the detailing service. I was able to get a refund, though. The second time, I booked the detailing and charging and I told the attendany that when I arrived, only to find out that the parking spots are in two different places for that. I parked where I was told but then had another employee tell me I was parked in the wrong place. I also did know that I needed to bring my own car charger—I assumed my assigned parking spot would be equipped. That second time, my car did get cleaned and that was nice. I ended up not charging at all and was able to get home fine without it. The point of saying all that is that I would prefer it be very clear during the initial booking process and confirmation emails what I need to do when I arrive. I would like to have clear instructions before arriving (so I know to bring a charging cable, for example). I also think the expected experience should be that when I scan my QR code on arrival, the attendant would see what I have booked and give me clear instructions on where to go and what to do.

Easy!!

I appreciate the team member directing the area I can park in. But, having them stand beside the sign-in screen causes us to stop further from the screen to login. People with shorter arm length have to put their cars in park and open the car door to scan the code.
Some of the drivers are not helpful when they pick us up or drop us off.
