It's all about convenience. I have used The Parking Spot for years, and I like knowing where my car is when I return from a trip, even if my flight has been delayed. I don't have to worry about inconveniencing friends or family.

I live in the southernmost part of Overland Park, about as far from MCI as you can get in the Kansas City area. Having a friend meet my plane is a "big ask," and using a cab or Uber is expensive. With The Parking Spot service, I can be at my car and on my way home in about 15 minutes.

The Parking Spot offers discounts (membership, prepayment, AAA membership, frequent user, etc.) that make the cost manageable.

The van pulled up even as we were unloading and got us straight to the terminal; and when we got home we didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes for a ride back. Couldn't have gone better.

My only complaint is that, after exiting baggage claim we had to walk a long way to a crosswalk, cross a long way, then walk a long way to the van - but I'm not going to ding you for that because that's not anything you can control.

Car came back in the expected condition and charged as expected with the provided discount. Did have to wait for my car when I got brought to the location with the shuttle. This is the first time that happened to us.

Easy online pay and the drivers are really nice and helpful. Don't have to wait long to get picked up. Could be better at letting people know where to go at the airport after their trip.

Easy to park and get to airport

Houston IAH is going through major construction currently. It is nice to have drivers who know how to navigate the chaos that is IAH currently, get you out of it, and bring you to your vehicle.
