The shuttle picks up at the car in covered parking, shuttles arrive regularly when returning to your car, and when I returned to my car last week the battery was low. A member of the team arrived quickly to give me a jump. It was late, I was tired, and the assistance was much appreciated.

My overall experience was great however I wish when I arrived back at LAX there were more frequent busses. It felt like I was waiting for 20 minutes and I saw like 5 Sepulveda busses.
