Covered parking thus no snow on the car when I return.
The "OLD" Pittsburgh airport shuttle brought me and luggage right to ticketing and picked up right from baggage area. The new airport design no longer if laid out that way and have to lug the luggage through the airport... But not your fault.
Also the "Old" Pittsburgh airport had different drop off and pick up for the parking shuttles. Now that it is one location for both, causes crowded congestion at the shuttle stop.
But not your fault. Both of these problems are from terrible design choices of the "new" airport building layout.
It was simple and easy. No waiting and you were taken to the airport immediately. In return, you were able to catch the bus back immediately. We had no wait time, to and from the airport that made it convenient.

The domestic terminal service is excellent. The international terminal service needs improvement. International runs every 30 minutes. If the bus is full going or returning - you wait.
