I have used it several times. Two times including this one the driver helped me bring my bag up and down the stairs. He was very efficient and courteous. I did not wait long to be picked up this time especially. I hope he gets a raise!

Spot Parking is my go to airport parking facility. Their service is great. I appreciate their site organization in that you know where to park to get straight onto the shuttle, and I appreciate getting help with my bags when needed. I also like their points system, and the ability to earn free parking days. I use the Denver Spot Parking presently, but also used them for years in Houston and they were equally as wonderful.

I love everything about the Parking Spot! The people are nice, the lots are secure, the process is organized, the shuttles are so convenient and the cost is excellent! I especially love that the shuttles pick us up and drop us off right at our cars. What a blessing!!! Also, the shuttles are frequent, so we've never been left waiting for long.

Your drivers and staff at the gate are very friendly and helpful. I prepaid for my parking for a business trip. My flight was canceled and rescheduled, and the attendant at the gate was able to help me with my questions about re-entering the next day.

PJ was our driver and his service was excellent!! He had a full bus and even was giving directions to other drivers when he saw more people coming that needed to be picked up. He was quick to load and unload the customer luggage!
I wish all the drivers could be like PJ!
