So appreciate the quick service of tram pick up on both ends of flights! Kind people to work with, etc. I do miss a PERSON in the gate area i.e. at checkout. I had a bit of a time this time for you switched from cards to Parking Spot App. Not savy with technology quick so there was a bit of a hold up at the gate. Quick, location and price
The Shuttle is always there to retrieve me at my car when I arrive quickly and get me to the terminal quickly. They help with handling my luggage too. There is always a shuttle available to get me after my flight and take me back to my car quickly and safely. They too always help me with my luggage. Very good service in Kansas City! Thank you!
