Usually the bus comes fast both to take us to airport and on return. Parking is right spots but we are use to it

Fast. Efficient

Ease of ordering parking...ease of check-in...ease of getting on the shuttle for drop off at MCO...and ease of return to Parking Spot via shuttle...and finally,ease of check=out. I also liked having a covered spot this time.

Nice covered parking spaces and very convenient when flying out of IAH. Drivers have been very nice for the most part and courteous.

It seems there's a newer fleet of drivers, and I've found them to be much nicer with a higher level of customer service and better driving. I haven't been left standing at my truck waiting to be picked up (uncovered, covered or premium) in a while, which I really appreciate.

I'm so hopeful to reach platinum again for next year - it will be tight!

Convenient pick up and drop off at the airport. Your drivers and check in/ out staff are very courteous and informative.

Your staff if very helpful. On trip I took in August, when I was at the airport returning from my trip, I noticed I had lost my keys! So, I made a number of phone calls to DIA, Frontier, and to The Parking Spot to see if they had showed up. The keys had not been found at The Parking Spot and I checked DIA Lost & Found at the Airport and filled out a Lost Item form at Frontier's Customer Service Desk. I still hadn't lost hope. I felt like they were not totally lost, just "misplaced." I got on the Shuttle back to The Parking Spot with hopes that maybe, just maybe I left them in my car...or, they were on the ground near my car. I told the driver this and he helped me look in and around my car...no luck. That's when it really set in that maybe the keys were lost. I had called my husband and we had a plan - I could get an Uber from The Parking Spot and he would start driving from our house in Edwards, CO, about 120 miles away, and we would meet in the middle, leave my car, and get my extra set of keys and maybe come get it the next day or day after. But, the driver said, "Let's go to the office and look at Lost & Found" and I said, "well, I called before I got on my plane and they said they weren't there," and he said, "Let's try again." We got to the office and lo and behold, they did have my keys!! I had left them on the shuttle bus and think I must have put them on the seat while I was organizing myself from the car to the shuttle. They were turned in shortly after I had been dropped off. My Triple AAA Card with my first name was on there along with my City Market (Kroger's/King Soopers) Grocery Deal Card, so I was able to identifly them beyond the make of the car. I was ecstatic to learn that these keys were no longer lost! It was a happy drive back home! This occured on Monday, Aug. 17 around 4-5 p.m. The driver working my shuttle that day and lady in the office made my day! I'm sorry I don't know their names!
