Been parking here for years. I like that I don’t have to drive in airport traffic get dropped off at the door. Ride is pretty quick and I get dropped off at my car and I’m not walking in a parking lot alone. Just wish the drivers didn’t pull off before making sure I get in the car safely. No complaints! I recommend to all my family and friends.

Everything. From entrance, parking, pickup to delivery to the departure level, the process was seamless. Upon return, the bus happened to be at the pickup location. After a quick ride the driver brought us back to our vehicle. We were tired and dehydrated. At the exit was a very nice woman to assist the customers. The water she offered was welcomed and appreciated.

Valet service is so convenient! I really like the quick drop off, minimal time checking in and on shuttle to terminal - all within a matter of a few minutes.
On the return, love the app in that I can be walking off the plane and request for my car to be pulled and almost every single time - when I arrive back - my car is already sitting there for me to just get in and go.
I feel the price paid for service is very reasonable. I only use the Parking Spot when i fly out of Bradley!

The folks that work at parking Spot are courteous and helpful. Love their “we got you!”attitude. I left my phone in my car and I just rode back grabbed the phone and my mind was at ease for my trip! We had a snafu when we checked out after our trip ( our fault) and the employee helped us and we even got a discount when he discovered that yes we were members! Love this place!
