It was quick and easy though I had some challenges checking out.
There was helpful staff to assist you around the clock, which is appreciated when it is your first time using airport parking and the given instructions were very very clear. I will always use The Parking Spot from now on. Last trip me and my husband used Ecopark near the airport and they were absolutely horrible and their staff had terrible customer service. The Parking Spot was outstanding compared to Ecopark.

Exactly what i want from a long term parking service. Booking is easy and pricing is decent. Entering and exiting via app code eliminates variables. The app’s shuttle tracker is great. Shuttle timeliness is good. Employees are kind and helpful. The facility seems safe for my car. All around good product. I wish you expanded to JFK.

The Parking Spot 3 is a very convenient place to park near the airport for travel and shuttle service is always prompt.
Easy to use the app to scan code on entry/exit, staff directs you to a lane with open spots, and the shuttle gets you to and from the airport quickly. Good price for the service, too!
