I would really like to commend the Parking Spot team especially partner Dave. I recently provided feedback on my most recent experience that did not do so well and he called me personally to address my concerns. This is a true example of leadership and hearing the customers. He offered me a full refund which I declined as my expressions were not to be refunded but just to bring awareness in order to persevere future exchanges and address issues early.

So appreciate the quick service of tram pick up on both ends of flights! Kind people to work with, etc. I do miss a PERSON in the gate area i.e. at checkout. I had a bit of a time this time for you switched from cards to Parking Spot App. Not savy with technology quick so there was a bit of a hold up at the gate. Simple to schedule online. Easy to navigate. Easy to find, easy to park, shuttle is there instantly, great customer service on the shuttles. Car is covered and safe! SOOO simple, wish I would have done this every time I travel. Will forsure be using The parking spot at Dallas Love field airport again. AND recommending my friends and family do also.
