I had issues with my reservation checking in and therefore checking out. The lady when checking out really helped me and cared about the outcome. I’ve never experienced service like that from a parking attendant and really appreciated it. I wish I could have tipped her!
Covered parking and shuttle pick up/drop off at your vehicle
Rarely do I have to wait for the shuttle to pick me up when arriving for a trip, and just a short wait when returning. In other words, very efficient. And the fact that they have more than sufficient covered parking allows me to find a place fairly easy.
Love that they pick you up and drop you off right at your car!
