They are always there when you need them - no waiting for a ride. Most drivers are very polite and helpful. When our flight was cancelled twice, we were parked days longer than our reservation. Understand with the airport being busy, it doesn't seem like the shuttle for Parking Spot 2 comes as frequently as it could but that may just be a timing because baggage claim seems to be slowing from Terminal 2 (Southwest)
Overall the service is good and as long as you make a reservation, space availability is acceptable.
