Easy to reserve a spot, check in, and get my shuttle to and from the airport.

I love everything about the Parking Spot! The people are nice, the lots are secure, the process is organized, the shuttles are so convenient and the cost is excellent! I especially love that the shuttles pick us up and drop us off right at our cars. What a blessing!!! Also, the shuttles are frequent, so we've never been left waiting for long.

Your drivers and staff at the gate are very friendly and helpful. I prepaid for my parking for a business trip. My flight was canceled and rescheduled, and the attendant at the gate was able to help me with my questions about re-entering the next day.

Getting picked up and dropped off at our vehicle.
Easy reservations
Friendly and helpful drivers

Convenient, safe airport parking.

PJ was our driver and his service was excellent!! He had a full bus and even was giving directions to other drivers when he saw more people coming that needed to be picked up. He was quick to load and unload the customer luggage!
I wish all the drivers could be like PJ!

Availability and security

Price and convenient shuttle service.

It was fantastic and will absolutely use The Parking Spot again. Everything went very smoothly. They picked you up at the terminal and dropped us off at our vehicle. It is horrible trying to find your vehicle at the airport and then trying to leave the airport is a nightmare. I will definitely park here again.

Great price. Easy to reserve a spot. Wonderful drivers.

Easy to park and jump on the shuttle.

The drivers have been very friendly, kind and proactive to assist with bags.

During our last visit, I did notice that the parking lot was very bumpy... and the shuttle buses are very old. We kept hitting bumps. It was very uncomfortable. Based on the volume of business, it would seem timely to invest in some newer shuttles.

tons of parking spots! very secure and well maintained area! loved the cold water at checkout.

Always reliable, always polite and friendly. I really don't understand how everyone who flies doesn't park at the parking spot but I'm thankful they don't. Shuttles are always quick and clean, drivers are always willing to help! Literally a no brainer!

Valet parking option

Convenient , never let me down yet !

Didn’t have to wait too long. Maybe 10 minutes. Driver was nice and helped me with my luggage. Much better experience than last time! Good job!

Shuttle service. Different options for parking. Security of my auto. Parking sales

Service was quick. The attendant helped put my bags in the shuttle and was very polite and helpful.

Is very good

Easy in easy out

Convenient, affordable, service.

Great location, and pickup and drop-off services

Easy to use. Your drivers are always so personable.

I have used The Spot twice recently and both times the staff has been super nice and helpful. Love the way you are directed to an open row and then later given a card to keep to remind you of your location. The return driver can use that card to get you back to your vehicle easily. Bus was available outside the airport and there was zero wait time last week and just a little wait time (5 minutes max) before. This is one of the reasons we keep using The Spot West.

Easy to park and ride to the airport. Our shuttle driver's are always friendly and helpful.

Barbie and Nick O provide exceptional service, they are the best.

Fast and easy

The Haynes staff is helpful and very friendly. I've using them for 25+ years. Best people.

Great service and friendly staff! Got us to and from the airport fast. Will definitely use again.
